A multi-storey residential development delivered for a private developer client, comprising apartments over a commercial ground floor, with phased handovers to support a staged sales programme.

Challenges

A restricted site footprint with no on-site storage, tightly controlled delivery windows and adjacent occupied buildings requiring continuous access.

Delivery

Just-in-time logistics, out-of-hours deliveries agreed with the local authority, and a phased programme that allowed early plots to be handed over while later floors were still being finished.
