Since 2009, BNL has delivered construction, refurbishment and property-development works across London, Brighton, Essex and the surrounding areas — for developers, main contractors, local authorities, housing associations and private clients.
Our history and experience
BNL began as a specialist refurbishment business working on residential property in London. As clients returned with larger instructions, the business grew into a full contracting operation with the management structure, supply chain and financial standing to take on major contracts.
Since 2009 we have contributed to developments throughout Central London, Brighton and Essex — working directly for developers and private clients, and as a trusted subcontract partner to main contractors on larger schemes.
Across that period our teams have worked in thousands of residential properties, from single luxury homes and Central London apartments to portfolio-scale void and planned works programmes for councils and housing associations in areas including Newham. That volume is what allows us to programme realistically and price accurately.

Every BNL contract is led by a named contracts manager supported by a site manager, a commercial lead and a directly employed core trade team. Clients deal with the same people from tender to final account, and our directors remain involved in the projects we deliver.
